At a very early age, I developed a strong work ethic working on our family farm in northern Indiana where I was a 9 year member of 4-H. I ran a trap line (muskrats), sold gift cards door to door and de-tasseled corn to make money. I waited on table throughout school and did a stint in a call center while studying at Indiana University.I hold a first degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and am a certified Zumba instructor and lay Yoga instructor. I also rock climb, kick box and enjoy Tabatta (I'm really not good at any of them, but they are fun and fighting the middle-age spread gets harder each year), Girl Scout leader & 4-H volunteer.I have a lot of fun raising chickens, guineas and peacocks. But my favorite past time is reading. I read several newspapers every day, lots of magazines each month and am always reading a book or 2 at a time. This is a great business and I'm very grateful to have a career in insurance.Life is good, eat dessert first!
