Contracted through Populous at General Motors. Working to help GM achieve their vision of a future of: Zero Emissions – Zero Crash – Zero Congestion through hiring top diverse talent for the Global Validation Engineering Group.

 Recruiting/Sourcing for the FCA/Stellantis Account Primarily focusing on Engineering roles in a variety of groups: Powertrain, Chassis, Connected Services, and some IT In first month was able to find success hiring 2 Supplemental Workers for the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) Teams at plants in Ohio and Michigan Remotely working, but still keeping open communication with the team and building relationships through calls and Microsoft Teams. Utilizes Job Diva (ATS)

 2019-2020 Sales team Metrics: ranked #1 on team for time to fill, number of requisitions filled, and activity. Consistently reached and exceeded monthly and quarterly goals Built and maintained strong working relationships with Hiring Managers, Directors, and Regional VPs to meetrequirement need in various departments (IT, HR, Legal, Finance, ect.) and skill levels Helped move ATS to Workday from Taleo by troubleshooting and providing feedback in early stages. Seen as a subject matter expert on hiring and would provide feedback on interviews to Directors on ways toimprove process. Implemented process improvements to smooth out hiring process.  Was responsible for the coordination and execution of large contract worker projects with FCA TalentAcquisitions leaders, FCA Human Resources, and FCA management teams Met with the ZC/FCA Leadership Team to discuss upcoming/current project status and ideas for futureimprovements Discussed the pay ranges, based off of market, with the Contract Houses to assure fairness in markup andhourly pay rates for supplemental workers. Utilized creativity to manage/motivate a team of colleagues by creating various charts and posters to completeand set goals for project deadlines. Managed both the onsite Zerochaos team and the FCA HR, managers, and finance teams during an end of theyear contract extension process involving over 2000 contact employees at FCA; including but not limited toEngineering, IT, HR, Sales and Marketing, and Supplier Quality Prepared Excel spreadsheets of contract workers in all departments at FCA to conduct a performance reviewwith FCA HR. With this data, conducts meetings with HR to determine if high performers are properlycompensated and discusses percentage increases for retention purposes. Utilizes skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to create presentations used by Zerochaos team leaders
