• Manage a group of 28-30 employees.• Manage daily operations for the ALO program.• Address any technical issues occurring with the laptops or software.• Address any child behavioral issues.• Work with the school's administration to ensure learning and safety occurs during program.• Train all new employees to daily operational occurrences.• Ensure students are working and progress is occurring.• Create Action Plans for struggling students and employees and execute plans.

• Answer phone calls and questions regarding the ALO program • Conduct phone screenings of potential candidates• Conduct in-person interviews for potential ALO Facilitators• Be available to substitute as Program Coordinator or ALO Facilitator at any ALO school.

• Communicate any issues to parents and Resource Coordinator.• Supervise and provide leadership in the absence of Resource Coordinator.• Answer any questions about the program asked by parents, teachers or visitors.• Monitor facilitator attendance and address any ongoing issues with facilitator tardiness. • Provide a positive and welcoming environment for students, parents and staff.
