Responsible for selection for entry into the program and managing up to one hundred fifty public housing residents.•Work with service providers to ensure that supportive services are coordinated; onsite training/workshops transpire and that resources and services are available and delivered to participants in a timely manner to ensure them to achieve homeownership.•Communicate orally with a large volume of people from different socioeconomic backgrounds to provide or obtain information.•Conducts needs assessments to determine strengths and weakness and assist and develop individual training action plans for strengthening identified weaknesses.•Applying and interpreting laws, rules, regulations, and written guidelines concerning HUD FSS program. •Use various databases to determine client status of employment, child support benefits, and welfare assistance.•Other duties include outreach, recruitment, quarterly monitoring of participants, maintain records, attend HUD training, assist with grant writing, and teach Pre and Post Purchase Homebuyers Education Training..

Provide crisis intervention/case management services, client advocacy, information and referral services to youths, ages 11-18 and there families with a primary goal of family reunification and prevention of referred youth entry into the juvenile justice system.Conducted case conference with referring agency personnel and other significant individuals and work cooperatively with personnel from law enforcement, probation, child welfare services, schools and other youth-serving agencies (public, private and non-profit)Assess youth/family needs; identify services to meet those needs and develop a service delivery plan with the assistance of youth client and/or family.Conducted outreach, recruitment, monthly monitoring of clients and their individual service plan to ensure that clients progressed towards achieving interim and final goals. Maintain caseload of twenty five to thirty clients.
