Along with helping people, I have always been eager to learn new skills, so I often try to put myself in stimulating and novel environments. As a result, one of the skills that I have taken away from my experiences is how to adapt to different circumstances and routines. I have found this universal talent to be helpful because it allots room for continuous growth, while humbly allowing me to perfect my skillset within my profession. I am continuing my professional maturity with a Graduate degree focused in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Baptist University. I have a strong passion to assist/be of service to others and have always found meaning or a deeper purpose in every position I have held. Throughout my employment history, I have found great joy in working with kids and serving their families. I am hoping to gain more experience and a greater skillset on the administrative side of helping others. I have working knowledge of Microsoft and Google software. I am also an experienced behavioral health technician with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health care industry; I am skilled in Applied Behavior Analysis, writing, open-mindedness, written and verbal communication, and team leadership. As previously stated, I have gained proficiency in adapting to new circumstances and, along with being hungry for knowledge, I am a fast learner. If given the opportunity, I believe I would make a quality contribution to any work-place and perform effectively at any tasks assigned to me.
