I oversee all aspects of Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN)'s online presence and digital products. MNN is the largest community media center in the US. I lead the ongoing iterative Drupal initiative that empowers 50+ staff across two locations and 1000+ members to run all aspects of MNN's highly customized online workflow: reservations, classes, TV scheduling, media management, inventory, reporting, membership, and volunteer tracking. I led MNN through three rounds of major updates to this system, from writing RFPs, and hiring agencies, to overseeing the budget and the discovery process, project managing development, and ensuring smooth deployment. During my tenure sign-up for MNN classes has increased by 298%, and producer reservations by 153%. I have directed seven development agencies working consecutively on interconnected projects, and led a collaboration with 12 other community media centers to support open-source code interchangeability.
