In mijn werk als onderzoeksmedewerker ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verzameling van data gebruikt voor diverse onderzoeken. Mijn functie bestaat daarmee uit verschillende taken: - ontwikkeling van een software applicatie waarin data wordt opgeslagen;- dagelijks beheer van deze software applicatie;- programma's schrijven om data te verbinden en trendbreuken op te sporen;- data-bestanden anonimiseren en controleren om te verstrekken aan derden.

As Customer Experience consultant and project manager I focus on organising and executing (international) projects with qualitative and/or quantitative research. This research is basis for design recommendations to interactive products and services. Combining research, design, and consultancy in our projects makes sure the business objectives of the client will be met, while the user experience of the user will also be optimal.

I am responsible for the roadmap of the User Experience of Exact Online. Within the User Experience team we improve the usability of Exact Online as one integrated product. Designs are made and tested with customers. Besides this, research is done to get a feeling of the experience of Exact Online and what needs to be changed next.

As project manager I was the respresentative of the customers wishes and requirements within Exact. New solutions had to be tested with customers with pilots, customer panels, and controlled releases. These new solutions had to be cummunicated internally and externally. The feedback we got had to be analysed and acted upon.

Skills learned during my education are User Experience design, prototyping, usability testing, programming languages, design process techniques, brainstorm session.

As an exchange student I worked on the redesign and implementation of the solar cooker. This is a product that can cook your food with use of the sun only.
