• Accountable for overall performance and activity within BSS team.• Deeply involved in integration, upgrades and troubleshooting of RAN Network Elements• Accountable understanding and solving 2G/3G/4G LTE problems• Following Network quality in communication with AQP, Monitoring, Transmission, ServiceSupport and other technical teams• Troubleshooting and commissioning Ericsson LTE/3G sites• Ericsson LTE Network Management with OSS-RC• Exploitation of WLAN Controller, APs - HP, UniFi• Nokia 2G/3G site integration/commissioning/launching up to On Air status• HW/SW upgrades (Nokia RNC, BSC, BTS, RG40, RU50, RNC16)• Support Field operation in implementation and troubleshooting works• Handling second level troubleshooting of faults for Nokia equipment• Root cause analysis and escalation to vendor, end to end follow up of case resolution• Conduct new features testing and implementation• Implement Radio Network parameter changes• Root cause analysis, reporting and escalation of faults to vendor in accordance with time framewithin Managed Services contract• Open Follow up tickets to the Skill Centers• Produce relevant reports for Network Incidences/Outages• Perform preventive maintenance and routine activities such as system backup, health check• Collect logs and record all changes• Working with costumer complaints/tickets• 2G/3G Site Cross-connection/IP IuB Planning (Tellabs-ALU-NSN), RNC&BSC data fill• Preparation of all data information for creation of site in IP-Core, Back OfficeTransmission & BSS RAN

• 2G/3G network surveys and design• Technical site surveys, candidate selection• Site planning with deep analysis of geographical specifications, relief, etc.• Cell Planning• Frequency and neighbor planning• Working with vendor and Orange Group experts to build 2G/3G Network in Armenia• Working with planning tool Asset to simulate the coverage for further planning• Deep investigation of clusters and coverage need based on priority (population, business areas,urban areas, etc…)
