Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Project Manager:- Creating and developing a new product and improving an existing product- Market reserach- Collaborating with marketing, technical, and manufacturing specialists- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects- Build a social media strategy with experts- Developing prototypes- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentationFleet management:- Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency- Administration related to insurances- Purchasing and maintaining vehicles for deliveries- Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management- Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profitsHR manager:- Managing and hiring processes- Handling administrative duties on a daily basis and registering, following up on reported cases- Payroll preparation- Keeping the relevant GDPR data records updated- Updating employee records- Prepare the organization for ISO 9001 certification

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Carried out all daily tasks and duties- Delivery of orientation presentations (Pre-departure orientation, health, safety & security, academic issues, introduction into cultural differences, program logistics)- Was in contact with university lecturers, employees- Supervision of residence permit application- Production of social media content (introduction video, flyers, posts)- Participated in monthly training as requested by the company- Organized day trips and overnight excursions- Participated in the introduction of the CIEE Teach Abroad program in Hungary
