Frontend Team Leader
CurrentResponsibilities:- Development of the Ibexa DXP administration panel based on React and the Symfony framework- Responsible for design/architecture, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of user interface- Work with Product Design and Product Manager Team to develop applications according to the defined specifications - Define goals and expectations for team members and monitor their performance- Set up and improve team/department processes, standards and policies- Train and guide existing team members - Coach and mentor junior team members- Recruit, hire and onboard new team members- Implement new features and maintain existing codebase- Follow coding standards and best practices- Ensure quality, clean, tested code is produced (unit, integration, and other QA tests)- Create, maintain, and own code and application documentation- Help create team and development processes and selection of tools to assist in these efforts- Proceed to code reviews and support to all engineers in the team
