Responsible for the optimization of energy consumption on commercial buildings (offices, shopping centers). Remotely managing the work of intensively energy consuming equipment (all HVAC systems, production/distribution installations) located in 9 offices buildings and 20 commercial centers in Poland and mid – eastern Europe (Romania, Austria, Czech Republic).

Responsibilities:Presale: Conducting energy and technical audits on commercial buildings (analysis of energy consumption patterns and division, functional analysis of all building’s installations, assessing energy savings potential for the sites), conducting presale meetings with the clients, definition of exact needs and expectations.Pre-operation: Coordinating technical works connected to installation of the remote driving system with local technical maintenance teams. Identification of concrete energy savings actions to be implemented on sites.Operation: Implementation of energy savings actions through remote driving system. Real-time control of the building installations with optimized and dynamic regulation. Constant monitoring of equipment state and ongoing energy consumption. Daily coordination with local technical maintenance companies to alert about malfunctions and provide technical support. Periodical calculation of energy savings (using internationally respected IPMVP C protocol). Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports including (technical and energy aspects). Conducting annual meetings with clients and steering committees with all parties involved in the service. Provision of additional action plans to be done on the sites on equipment/elements out of service scope.

Implementation and management of the energy savings program in 18 commercial buildings in Poland.Management and coordination of BMS modernizations needed for the purpose of energy savings program.Monitoring of equipment state and alerting technical maintenace teams.Provision of energy and technical hotline serveices for the clients.Working on big invoices data base analyzing energy consumption paterns and anomalies.
