Major projects:- Launch of Instant Payment Service (Azonnali Fizetési Rendszer).- Service cost calculation model; improve the functionality and use of the controlling system• Management of IT service pricing. Taking active part in building the cost calculation model and service catalog• Preparation of P&L of services, continuous checking of cost center and account mapping, if necessary initiate mapping change. Review of cost reallocation circles. Checking general ledger accounting from point of view of completeness• Operating and developing the company’s controlling system• Preparation of periodical and ad-hoc management reports and overviews. Provide meaningful management information and support decision making• Yearly planning, profit landing estimation. Explanations for the variations between budget and actual performance. Forecast of Cash-flow for the near future

Major projects:- Sales affiliate conversion (switch from consignment stock holding affiliate)- Rethinking and outsourcing logistic related tasks to Global Service Center- Development of Brand P&L system• Support management in decision making process (e.g. new product launch, modelling impact of agreement with National Health Insurance Fund, analysis of sales force’s performance: sales and promotional expenses)• Control of key performance indicators, performing timely and accurate monthly management reports and financial analysis• Taking active part in setting cost targets, actual-budget cost analysis, year-end landing (Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Baltics)• Stock management to ensure products for the national market. Responsible for complete control of consignment partner’s service towards wholesalers• Analysis and challenge of sales tendencies (using IMS database), making proposals aiming at forecast adjustment• Support the sales planning, budget and actual data comparison, periodical and ad-hoc reports for sales development in different market segments• Coordination between production sites, consignment partner, tender partner, wholesalers and inter-company Shared Service Center (SSC)• Providing SSC with input to create sales orders, sales related accruals• Participation in business/organisation developing projects (in local, regional and global level)• Internal stakeholders: Management, Finance (affiliate and SSC), Marketing and Sales Force, Quality and Regulatory• External stakeholders: consignment stock holding partner, wholesalers, hospitals• Ensure that business processes are controlled and always correspond to company control requirements
