Responsible for the online operation of a photo services company, including:- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, including digital marketing campaigns development, content management and SEO - Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.- Planning and budget control of all digital marketing.

Was responsible for the setting up of all CHIP7 shops – finding locations, negotiating contracts, designing the shop interiors, managing decoration works – as well as for the shop teams recruitment.Personally trained the first 6 shop managers and supervised for three years 13 of the CHIP7 Shops, holding responsibilities for all the recruitment and welcoming of commercial teams.Took an active part in the centralisation of the Company Logistics in a single main warehouse that supplies all CHIP7 shops and delivers customers orders. Recruited and personally trained this unit manager in operational skills.Created and managed the Customer Care department, responsible for all customer complaints treatment.Headed the operations process design team for both commercial and logistics units, preparing the company for the goal of expanding from two to thirty shops.Started the Corporate Sales Division, recruiting and coaching (in the field) the initial sales teams, focusing on Customer's prospection.

Started with INTRODUXI – a newly founded sister Company of CHIP7 dedicated solely to wholesale – where performed functions as Sales and Purchasing Manager, also holding responsibilities for the recruitment of the Sales and Logistics teams.Was directly involved in the operations process design for the new warehouse.Joined the first Quality Group in the Company and was responsible for the kick off of the ISO-9002 certification process.

Started in 1995 as Shop Clerk in CHIP7, a computer hardware retailer, and promoted to Shop Manager in mid 1996 being also responsible for some purchasing and the creation / maintenance of price lists.Became a shareholder of CHIP7 in early 1997 (until August 2007) and assumed responsibility for all the purchasing.

Specialised in sales of computer networks and videoconferencing solutions to Corporate and State Clients.Awarded “Sales Rep of the Year” in 1994.
