Continued on Stofa A/S assignment to provide support to 1st line and directly to customers for more complex issues.Assisted in 2nd line peers optimization of troubleshooting procedures, and the implementation of these in a visual workflow platform, resulting in more efficient call- and workflow pattern.Relayed outage information from NOC to relevant management parties and 1st line.I worked with NOC staff at Stofa HQ in Horsens for 3 weeks during a heightened workload period, where I assisted in monitoring and occasionally solving issues with consumer edge, FTTH and HFC (head-end, D0 and D3) infrastructure as well as providing support for on-site technicians.
