• Upgraded and migrated Serena’s Dimension CM 12.2 to 14.5 and new virtual server prior to migrating/converting SCM artifacts to Azure DevOps Repos.• Migrated/converted TSF FIMS project to Azure DevOps, importing last 5 Sprint stories and tasks to Azure Boards and Pipelines.• Member of implementing team for R12.2 Oracle EBS upgrade, supporting integrations for SAM/CCR, USBank Lockbox, Treasury ACH, Fedwire, IPP, and IPAC.• Supported Financial modules and external interfaces from/into such sources as DOE, Treasury, and Citibank Lockbox.• Member of team implementing Treasury mandated Unique Entity ID (UEI) for Federal agencies with SAM’s CCR supplier/contract registry access.• Prototyped a replacement application of the Engineering DIS app utilizing APEX, to integrate into the Financial apps for shared data and easier access.• Member of team implementing Treasury mandated G-Invoice for Federal agencies processing IPAC’s.

After the merger of the Purebred Registry with the International Arabian Horse Association and their reorganization, I was brought back to resume my roles of DBA and Senior Developer. I prepped the 11i Financial apps and customizations for conversion to R12 for both US and Canadian instances, utilizing multi-book/multi-org capabilities. I worked with an external DBA team to facilitate the 10g to 11g upgrade onto a Linux platform. I worked with an external WEB team to facilitate the conversion of the current website and MySql applications to Oracle 11g with communication to 11i Financials via web services. I wrote stored PL/SQL procedures to replicate key AR financial processes to be executed from the 10g Registration application’s web agents. The processes replicated include AutoInvoice, AutoLockbox, and other key functions such as batch posting, adjustments, receipt applications, and online statements. I maintained the XML code used by the web application methods via SQL in Unix shell scripts. I maintained database integrity and connectivity between platforms and versions.I implemented and integrated a third-party Show Management software product (using IMP, EXP, SQL, and PL/SQL) used from the National Event venues. I completed Kofax Certification for Ascent Capture 7 and upgraded the Document Imaging to Kofax and Oracle 8i with web-based image retrieval.

Responsibilities included DBA, Oracle Financials Admin. and IT DirectorAs the IT Director, I was responsible for bringing website processing in-house and integrating it into the Oracle databases. Proposed, maintained, and operated within budgets set for the department. I was also responsible for all hardware and software proposals, acquisitions, and maintenance agreements. I presented budgets to the Board of Directors and Ways & Means committee and performed yearly performance evaluations for a staff of 5. I was a hands-on manager as well as the Oracle DBA and Financial Administrator. I was responsible for major upgrades of the Oracle Databases from 7.1.6.2 to 8.0.5 including forms and reports, Oracle Financial from 9.4 to 11.0.3 including all customization and all integrations to the Document Imaging System and other non-financial applications. I designed and implemented integrations between the IBM Universe of the Purebred Registry and the Oracle databases for the Association, utilizing Cron, FTP, and XML to transfer real-time data transfers between the databases.
