Dual role as both an Installation Technician and a Support Specialist, handling the entire post-sales lifecycle of hybrid SaaS systems from implementation to maintenance. o Assisted in designing and building requirements for project management team. Offered technical advice and expertise to project management team while in design phase with customer clients.o Travelled directly on-site to install Nemo-Q systems at customer locations, including speaker systems, television displays, printers, and kiosks, as well as PCs and all cabling infrastructure. Required to turn installation over in as little as one night to as long as one week.o Responsible for assisting clients with support calls to troubleshoot and identify problems with current system.
