1-1 counselling, I am Grounded in a person centered approach, integrating aspects of Rational emotive behavioral therapy , motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a personal interest in group process/dynamic and use Yalom's model of interpersonal learning to deliver effective group therapy sessions. I am competent in presenting workshops on various psychosocial subjects, processing and feeding back on 12 step focused assignments,highlighting areas of denial, rationalization, minimization, control and defensiveness. Presenting step lectures, developing life skills such as, budgeting skills, dietary need and other aspects of holistic self care.
