Current- Serve as the principal subject matter expert for fleet dash camera hardware andfirmware on the Technical Support team
- Proactively identify product defects through data queries, dashboards, and alerts
- Analyze the root cause of defects and manage solution deployments
- Write and carry out quality tests for new products
- Manage cross-functional projects to improve internal processes
- Lead onsite investigations to identify post-sale failure modes
