Ampology brings new businesses to life for major brands like Diamond Resorts, Verizon, Party City and others. Our work begins with conceptualization where we analyze and strategize on the potential opportunity. During this phase our leadership team leads the initiative where we conduct research, create business and financial models, determine the product roadmap and share the full details via presentations to all constituents to align on the capital that is needed (both financial and human). It's a combination of vision and analytical work to bring a great strategy forward. Once we have an agreed upon strategy and approach we then build and launch those new businesses. As we move forward into execution I work lock-step with our leadership team and the CEO to ensure we remain aligned on the vision, adjusting course where necessary. I then work with team members across all departments (sales & marketing, technical, operations, financial) to drive the business forward. It requires a combination of leadership, coaching, mentoring, motivating, project management, and of course hands on work in many of the areas.During this build/run phase there is a necessary balance of time needed to keep things running and to ensure all executive team members and any other involved sponsors are kept up to date and informed. We put in place communication systems and update sessions to facilitate this information flow. Always keeping an eye on when more (or less) information is necessary.

Led the operational unit that supported the investments that Trivergance made. That support included creating new businesses from scratch to marketing and sales strategies for organizations like: Diamond Resorts International, Hughes Telematics & Verizon.

Launched the Internet group which helped to generate the DTC sales for the products we represented including: AT&T Wireless, DirecTV, E*Trade, Metris and other large brands.
