• Planning & ensuring end to end statutory compliances related to Indirect Taxation.• Providing GST Advisory to government agencies and multinational corporations.• GST Audit & Annual return filing for multinational manufacturing and service sector organisations.• Responding to document requests and litigation support for indirect tax matters• Developing recommendations for GST compliance process improvements.• GST registration of companies, LLPs, partnership firms, sole proprietorship firms, e-commerce firms. • Monthly filing of GST Returns, GST refunds, LUT, E-Way Bills related compliances.• Reviewing of financial data for proper application of GST laws and advising on development and maintenance of accounting systems to provide tax information required for reporting.• Liaison with Tax Authorities and other stakeholders on issues related to Indirect Taxation, including appearing before them on summons, enquiry and handling the proceedings related thereto.• GST updates research, documentation, compilation and publication.

Accounting and Taxation

• Managed issues related to Finance, Indirect Taxation & finalization of Balance Sheet.• Advisory in Direct and Indirect Taxation (VAT, GST, Customs) to small and medium enterprises in India and Middle East region.• Filings with ROC, 15CA-CB & Tax Audit, application of DIN, Company name change, appointment and resignation of Directors, Incorporation of private limited company.• Direct Tax Compliances-Income Tax assessment, filing Income Tax, TDS returns & advance tax. • Managing team of 4-6 people, including CA trainees.

• Financial Management, Taxation, finalization of Balance Sheet, Cost & Budget Analysis.• Reconciliation of Government grants allocated by Ministry and sponsorship under the Skill India Mission.• Bank Reconciliation, MIS and fixed assets records of training centers across the country,• Liaison with Officials of Central and State Governments.
