My main goal is to raise up leaders. It’s not about the spotlight, it’s not about being “the face,” it’s about helping people see their gifts and helping to develop them to use them for the Kingdom. It’s my true desire to see the church rise up and be just that, THE CHURCH! Loving God. Loving people. Bringing forth the Gospel in ways that may not be “traditional.” Never ever watering down the message but allowing God to be creative with His kids! There are so many people in the church that have different talents and gifts that get pushed aside and turned away because there’s not a place for it. My goal is to help build and develop those gifts and find creative ways to use them for God’s glory. He is creator and He is creative and I truly believe that every person has gifts He put there. Helping people grow in relationship with God and seeing them grow as leaders is my heart and passion. I do this through creative ministry/production currently. I love to lead people in worship and create awesome and creative services but my passion is to step back away from the mic, mentor, and help young worshipers & creatives grow in the gifts and talents only God could give them. Stretch them beyond their comfort zone. I believe it’s all about growing teams, doing life together, and more than anything inspiring people to have intimate, real relationship with God. Create a Lifestyle of worship instead of just “worshiping” on the weekends. If I summed up who I am and what I do, it would simply be this… “Love God first. Love people second. Serve the way that Jesus did and inspire people to do the same.”
