Responsibilities included, though were not limited to:• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Operations Manager and all other staff • Provide and present monthly reports, agenda and minutes to all Committees • Responsible for all travel arrangements for Executive Director and staff • Assist with annual budget • Represent the Executive Director by attending meetings in his absence; speaking on his behalf• Complete recruitment life-cycle for all new hires • Book, participate and present at various trade shows and education seminars • Create and conduct presentations and training for stakeholders • Compose and send communications to stakeholders to inform of industry updates, event etc• Call for nominations and interview scheduling for Board of Directors seats and all Committees • Vacation backup for Billing and Marketing positions • Benefits plan administrator• Manage office all logistics including set of all Committee meetings and Board of Directors meetings to ensure quorum, send invitations,prepare and distribute agenda packages follow up on action items, produce and distribute minutes, location set up,catering requirements and teleconference and/or webcast support
