---- Responsible for Consulting the Clients and Providing them Hadoop Administrative Support for Installing, Configuring, Deploying, Managing, Upgrading, Securing and Troubleshooting the Hadoop Cluster on Different Hadoop platforms/Distributions (Cloudera CDH). ----• Experience in Supporting large scale Production Hadoop Cluster (configuration management, monitoring, and performance tuning).• Experienced working on different Cloud Platforms – AWS and Google Cloud.• Responsible for implementation and support of the Enterprise Hadoop environment.• Experienced setup, configuration and security for Hadoop clusters using Kerberos/MIT.• Accountable for storage, performance tuning and volume management of Hadoop clusters and MapReduce routines.• Work closely with infrastructure, network, database, and onsite teams to ensure the high availability and SLA.• Experience in Hadoop Monitoring tools (Cloudera Manager, and Ambari).• Perform Periodic backups of the system.• Experienced Managing of data, users, and job execution on the Hadoop.• Experience in HA, BAR and DR strategies and principles.• Analysis and optimization of workloads, performance monitoring and tuning, and automation.• Experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools HDFS, MapReduce V1/V2, YARN, Pig, Hive, Zookeeper, Sqoop, Flume, Hue, Ambari, HBase.• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, tuning cluster & Interpreting a log file.• Experience with Administration of NoSQL on Hadoop - HBase, • Experienced with securing Hadoop Cluster with Kerberos, TLS/SSL Encryption, Sentry, ACL’s.

---- Experienced working and dealing with dynamic customers providing them end-to-end support related to Hardware/Network/OS/Software/Databases with strong communication and organizational skills. ----• Experience in dealing with USA-based business customers.• Support Customer's queries Over Phone / On Premise.• Direct clients/customers through a series of actions to help set up systems or resolve issues.• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports• Create, follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.• Escalate advanced and time sensitive issues on an as needed basis.• Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.• Service R&D and technical documentation and standards operating procedures.• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.• Excellent knowledge on basic RDBMS concepts. • Proficient with relational databases (SQL Queries).• Experience with Active Directory, ADFS and/or Azure AD and basics of server administration.• Networking - (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Routing, LAN, WAN, MAN ,GAN).• Experience with Virtulization Technology - VMware , Microsoft Hyper-V.• Hands on experience with Private\Public cloud technologies.
