In my Position at Camping World, I quickly and effectively respond to all incoming leads that are interested in our vast selection of RVs and accessories. My primary objective in this position is to generate appointments for the dealership, and by doing so, I have built relationships with prospective customers. I remain organized while multitasking and following up with the customer base. Along with leaving detailed notes of my interactions for my sales team. I work closely with my Business Development manager and sales associates to exceed the monthly goals of sales and appointments.

I was in the style department of this store and with that I folded and hung clothes up as well as dust mannequins off in my area and dressed them. I’m always engaging with guests to help them find exactly what they are looking for, which could range from a specific size, color, and or even style. I was trained in many other areas of the store, such as Cash registers, drive up, and pick up. Pick up position is going through the store and finding online orders and bagging them up for the drive up team to take outside to the guest, and doing this position as well as my original style position uses a lot of heavy lifting and moving most of the days.

I cooked and prepared food in front of customers, I would greet them as they walk into the restaurant and also say “thank you” as they exit. I moved heavy boxes to and from places in the store, and I also cleaned everything in the lobby, including the restrooms.

I took orders in the front of the store, including drive through orders, made meals and bagged them, cleaned tables and wiped down anything that needed to be wiped down, as well as sweeping and mopping. I also handled heavy boxes to and from my stations.

Under the direct supervision of a physician and a site trainer, participated in on-the-job training as a Medical Assistant student. Obtained vital signs, charting, chief complaint, cleaned and prepped exam rooms, and assisted the physician.
