Compensation Advisor
Current- Develops financial models that forecast the cost of compensation plans over time, ensuring that the district can sustain the plan without external funding.
- Provides expertise and practical guidance on all compensation related topics to aid managers and other Human Resources staff resolve moderately complex issues.
- Functions as an internal compensation consultant to define issues, identify options and implement creative and equitable solutions to address customer concerns and/or issues.
- Provides guidance to management on such compensation topics as internal employee equity, reclassifications, salary adjustments, career pathways, etc.
- Advises Talent Management on such compensation related issues as new hire analysis, salary offers and/or promotions.
- Serves as a resource to management on compensation issues, trends, and/or best practices; performs analysis and recommends changes and/or improvements.
