During my third term at idX, I used the skills I developed during the first two terms to take on greater responsibility in the department. My main obligations were to manage the Engineering Change Request Database and complete Methods of Manufacturing Requests. When managing the ECR database, I stood as the first point of contact for newly submitted ECRs. I would edit drawings and MOMs and pass them along to other necessary departments for updates. For MOM requests, I completed a bill of materials along with an operations list for new items as requested.

During my second term at idX, the focus of my internship shifted towards 3D modeling. I completed their Productivity Now Autodesk Inventor training, and began working on new parts. I also edited finishes for new product lines using Vault, AutoCAD, and Inventor along with completing other tasks similar to that in the first term.

At IdX I worked on several projects that centered around consolidating space and materials, creating and editing Methods of Manufacturing for new products, and working on time studies. I gained invaluable work experience with the Engineering department and attended regular meetings to discuss the projects that were being handled on a daily basis.
