Order Management Analyst
Current• Order Management Analyst for Walmart, Walmart Ecommerce, and Target.• Review orders in EDI for accuracy, and process POs after confirming all details are correct.• Utilize customer web portals as needed to confirm POs and obtain or submit order relevant information.• Collaborate with cross functional Supply Chain team and Sales team to resolve issues.• Engage with internal operations team and warehouse team to ensure order delivery is on schedule.• Communicate with carriers to ensure obligations are met.• Revise orders as needed due to delivery date changes, requirement changes or inventory availability.• Support the Sales Team by tracking and monitoring hot orders and hot shipments and providing updates in a timely manner.• Constantly communicating with customers to provide updates regarding open POs, and to assist in solving order management issues.• Follow up on orders and shipments and communicate any updates in a timely manner. • Prepare standard shipping reports and ad hoc reports via Excel, as required.• Data Entry and revising orders via SAP.
