CurrentCompute, record and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records for consumers supported by performing the following duties.• Codes and enters all vendor invoices;• Enters and verifies cash and check deposits;• Ensures individuals have spending money and logs are completed as necessary;• Enters debits/credits, resolves billing/payment discrepancies;• Reconciles all bank accounts and contacts proper bank personnel to correct errors;• Administers petty cash fund;• Compiles information and prepares spreadsheets to assist Financial Advisors and outside auditors in internal and external statement preparations;• Receives all bills for consumer homes, receipts and other expenses related to the consumer and bills accordingly for them for the month
