Finance Administrator
Current- Compute, record and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records for consumers supported by performing the following duties.
- Codes and enters all vendor invoices;
- Enters and verifies cash and check deposits;
- Ensures individuals have spending money and logs are completed as necessary;
- Enters debits/credits, resolves billing/payment discrepancies;
- Reconciles all bank accounts and contacts proper bank personnel to correct errors;
