Material Analyst
CurrentReview sensitive case types and case material to ensure they meet established guidelines. Determine if the case can be closed, or needs addition items scheduled. Communicate instructions to the field on coverage needed to ensure case meets established guidelines. Ensure cases and case materials are processed to meet established guidelines in a timely manner. Ensure guidance to the field is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with established guidelines. Develop and maintain good rapport with customers. Provides quality and timely feedback to the field and customers. Conducts work in a professional manner. Listens and communicates effectively. Performs in accordance with NTC Code of Conduct. Other duties as assigned. Effective communication skills (oral and written.) Ability to plan, organizes, and complete multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Ability to develop and maintain a rapport to ensure work is meeting identified goals with others on a team and on an individual basis. Able to analyze written material from numerous sources, identify issues, rank issues depending on their seriousness and determine the proper course of action. Knowledge and understanding of basic computer/office literacy, (Microsoft Office); Computer proficiency and the ability to type 40 words per minute.
