As a Senior Member Service Specialist at Northwest Community Credit Union for over nine years, I have developed and demonstrated my expertise in credit, sales, and customer service. I have a NMLS certification that enables me to provide mortgage and consumer lending services to our members, as well as assist them with their financial needs and goals.I have also participated in the Aspiring Leaders program, where I learned valuable skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork. I have received multiple awards for my sales performance and member service, and I have contributed to the growth and success of our branch and organization. Currently, I am involved in a project leadership role with the Roseburg Chamber, where I collaborate with other local businesses and community partners to promote economic development and social impact.
