Temporary Receptionist
This was a summer time position for two summers in which I was held accountable for demonstrating a high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and communication skills while performing front desk reception, office tasks and responsibilities. Upheld professional image at all times while greeting and interacting with students and patients at the front desk. Answered and directed a minimal volume of phone calls promptly and courteously.Demonstrated excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while using strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.Accepted new assignments and responsibilities with a positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude.Proficiently managed communications received or initiated through phone, email, and mailed correspondence to provide value-added support as well as completed routine and special clerical/office projects as needed.Performed all tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision or direction, handled sensitive/confidential information with discretion, and provided additional assistance/support to staff and management as needed.
