I was hired to restructure the company operationally to prepare for the eventual sale of the company comprised of three Shopify stores. My top projects were to audit and streamline the category assortments, hire a marketing consultant to provide direction on the rebranding of the Shopify stores, SEO, and digital marketing strategies for 2022, overhaul logistics practices, and guide the streamlining and standardization of customer service processes.

Managed expansion of contract growers to support additional acreage accruement for multimillion dollar grower. Analyzed sales and produced the production schedules for six facilities. Executed audits with growers and production staff to evaluate plant growth rates and performance to maximize product year over year. Briefed top accounts executives on production progress, and orchestrated product from initial plan to shipping to customers.

Managed supply planning and sales forecasting for corporate office, and supported internal and global teams (China, India, and Pakistan). Analyzed all incoming forecasts from retail partners to ensure all inventory targets were achieved. Participated in product presentations with Sales and Merchant Teams to provide analysis support and present trend data to retail customers and biannual NYC Textile Market. Credited with multiple process improvements such as a production flow scheduling and automating processes forecasting and analysis.

Oversaw the strategic management of multiple multi-million $ product lines. Partnered with store executives to analyze local sales trends, produce advertisement planning, and identify lucrative market opportunities. Managed the optimization of several product lines to maximize alignment with sales trends and forecasts.
