The IT Generalist will be responsible for providing Call Center technology support. Although there will be responsibilities across all clients at times, the primary focus for this position will be to support the ProService Web Systems and Hardware Support. Information Technology is a support department so this position must have a strong customer service focus. • Installs, maintains, administers and updates computer network systems; Sets up security parameters to ensure that all systems are operating properly.• Performs information systems administrative procedures and maintains documentation that covers two or more functional areas including data control, applications training, data coordination and scheduling, data security administration, etc.• Provides training to users on new applications, technologies and equipment.• Assist with the tracking of hardware and software assets and licensing.• Provides support for local applications and databases. Diagnoses and repairs computers and network hardware.• Provides technical support for workstations and office applications.• Manages the inventory and distribution of headsets.• Manages the inventory, distribution, and enable/disable of the company’s security badges.• Must be flexible to work varying schedules including weekends.
