• The IT Generalist will be responsible for providing Call Center technology support. Although there will be responsibilities across all clients at times, the primary focus for this position will be to support the.
• Installs, maintains, administers and updates computer network systems; Sets up security parameters to ensure that all systems are operating properly.
• Performs information systems administrative procedures and maintains documentation that covers two or more functional areas including data control, applications training, data coordination and scheduling, data security.
• Provides training to users on new applications, technologies and equipment.
• Assist with the tracking of hardware and software assets and licensing.
• Provides support for local applications and databases. Diagnoses and repairs computers and network hardware.
