I have worked in the motor industry for over 17 years. The start of my career I was working for Ford starting as sales admin / progressor role , then moving to a sales executive. I then progressed to sales controller. I have also worked for Audi as Business manager working for a flag ship site with a large team. I then became Sales Manager for Eden Motor Group looking after Hyundai and Peugeot New and Used car sales departments at Wokingham branch.I am now starting my new role as Sales Manager at Big Motoring World Camberley, I lead a dynamic team of 30 sales professionals at our state-of-the-art dealership, driving exceptional performance and growth in a competitive market. With a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a focus on customer satisfaction, I ensure the team delivers outstanding service, helping customers find the perfect vehicle while achieving sales targets. I’m committed to fostering a positive team culture, optimising processes, and maintaining our dealership’s reputation for excellence, all while leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance the customer experience.I am hard working and very passionate about my work. I love working as a team and enjoy the competitive side of sales. I have dedicated my entire career to the automotive industry and strive to continue progressing in my role.
