My background includes 9 years of experience in document control, quality investigations, handling customer complaints, and data management. 3 years of hands-on experience in creating and executing validations, as well as maintaining and repairing filling equipment. I have also gained 4 years of experience in manufacturing, specializing in aseptic operations. I hold certifications in PCQI, Natural Health Canada and HACCP.Currently, I am based in the Grand Rapids, MI area and work at Bissell's corporate office located in Walker, Michigan.
