Tabitha Mason-Elliott is an award-winning producer and partner at Bark Bark, an entertainment company based in Atlanta, GA. For the past 9 years she has served as the Head of Production, overseeing the expansion of the company from a branded content studio to a full-service entertainment company. Bark Bark now produces tv shows, documentaries, promos, key art campaigns and branded content for a full spectrum of clients across networks, agencies and brands. Tabitha’s work has garnered numerous awards including Cannes Lions, Clio Entertainment, Telly’s, Promax and Addy’s.Additionally, Tabitha is the Vice Chairwoman of the National Executive Board of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP). She also serves as the President of the Southeast Chapter of the association spending her time advocating for commercial tax credit incentives, shaping child labor laws and hosting workshops and seminars on Employment Issues, Union Agreements, Insurance, Labor Laws, and other current industry best practices. She has spent the two years spearheading the industry’s collective diversity efforts as the Chair of the AICP’s 40+ member Equity and Inclusion Committee.As a firm believer in giving back, Tabitha involved in a myriad of pro-social initiatives. She’s partnered with the Center for Civil and Human Rights, Change.org, and LGBT Institute to create a platform to support petitions curated by the Center. As a commitment to developing a more diverse industry, she helped form an alliance with re:imagine/ATL, a non-profit which facilitates the development of diverse youth talent within the creative industry.Tabitha’s leadership extends to speaking engagements at conferences around the country and panels for industry associations and events.
