• Department management and direct supervision of 1 engineering team;• Supervision and coordination of ongoing project processes, deadlines;• Coordinating department human resources, schedules;• Coaching and consulting of design group members, participating indecision making;• In charge for the distribution of work in the team;• Providing constructive feedback to CEO and co-workers;• Implementing of the company goals;• Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;• Solving department related issues including: human resources, engineering,projects, communication, ect.;• Active communication with Scandinavian B2B clients;• Meeting regularly with other engineering managers to drive communicationand transparency across the organisation;• Preparing various documents and reports;• Participating in tactical and strategic discussions;• Working with Microsoft Power BI, AutoCAD, Solidworks, ERP Monitor, Excel,MS Office programs.

• Working with large scale facade projects in Scandinavian market;• Preparing project documentation and drawings;• In charge of material ordering and design quantity control;• Finding the best technical solutions for project in different stages;• Communicating with architects and clients;• Providing insights on engineering issues;• Managing a large flow of information and ensuring work flow;• Static and thermal calculations;• Specialising in facades construction and working with AutoCAD, Solidworks,ERP Monitor, Excel, MS Office programs.
