Ability to flex resources to facilitate planned and unplanned spikes in demand.• Design and implement tailored hybrid solutions that wrap around the customer’s specific needs.• Drive collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure customers day to day service needs are being met and maintained. • Monitor the end-to-end ownership of “Three’s Business Mobile Repair Process” incorporating warranty and chargeable elements coupled with inbound and outbound logistics.• Lead representative liaising with SCL on all hardware logistical related services for Business. • Own month to month governance to ensure all outsource service-related charges are in line with expected activity and cost models. Proactively flag any foreseen or unseen deviations. • End to end ownership of business hardware pricing. Adhering to required timelines coupled with high level of accuracy with clear communication to all stakeholders.• Drive and lead process improvement initiatives across all related Business Services. • Actively source information and date and be competently familiar with all operational aspects of the Business Services Team.• A Lead point of contact for both SME & Corporate Channels and Fulfilment team providing full support and assistance.• Manage all internal and external business relationships to always enable a high level of customer service to all Business channels.
