I’m a people person. With over 20 years in the customer service industry I’m very skilled in direct or in-direct client/customer contact. I personally feel that is important for clients to not only know what their buying, but understand why their buying it and what it can be used for. My administrative skills that I’ve transferred over from the legal industry to the insurance industry and now to the banking industry have given me passion to create true meaningful relationships with my clients.
