I am an environmentalist, multihyphenate, and connector. I am the founder and ecosystems director of the Black Fiber & Textile Network (bftn). I am the creator and host of Black Material Geographies podcast, in collaboration with Whetstone Radio. I am currently exploring how our identity and values can be the catalyst to design spaces (and things) that are beautiful, functional and environmentally intentional.I support people, collectives, companies and organizations who are mapping / making alternative futures. I am sometimes asked to perform poetry, and I usually say yes.
