Optus is an Australian telecommunications company with over 7,000 employees.I was responsible for building dashboards and publishing them on Tableau Server to provide insights into store performance for stakeholders. I was also involved in validating dashboards, reconciling data from multiple databases, creating Alteryx workflows, and developing a customer churn model.I collaborated with a team of over 20 people from various departments to ensure timely delivery of visuals to stakeholders, submission of the data reconciliation report to managers, and distribution of the churn customers report to sales managers to inform them about potential customer attrition.

I worked with a team of 15 members and collaborated with individuals from various departments, including business customers, IT, data analysis, and data science.
