I worked as Product Owner to ensure data quality, process adoption and enhancements for Supply Chain Finance work stream. Led projects related to System and Process enhancement, Acquisition and Divestiture and Process design to manage resources aiming to deliver the best solution with a smooth change management. Managed and wrote User Stories to deliver value to the customers, ensuring that a timely process would work with the highest benefits for both customer and company.

As SME, I was part of SAP implementation along the LatAm region, performing process design, testing and post Go-Live support related to Finance in Orthopedics franchises. In this project I had the opportunity to connect with Logistics, Commercial and Quality to tie needs and focus on a high quality deliverable to positively impact our final client.

In this project I worked as focal point for Accounting/Controlling matters in a new office construction. This role allowed me to gather much knowledge on the financial structure of a project and identify interdependencies through budget controlling and issues resolution. Here I faced challenges on a strict timeline and to ensure a huge compliance accordance.

Working as Accounting SME, my role in this project was to ensure quality in Data Conversion of all Year-end and quarterly financial balance. Also was my responsibility to present to upper management the data conversion results to formalize their Go/No-Go approval, and be a focal point to data construction regarding finance cost structure such as new accounts, cost centers and product hierarchy.

In this position, my role was to provide information and support related to Fixed Assets for all BR companies in Johnson (Consumer, Janssen and Medical Devices). I had the opportunity to work along with Tax team to gather and improve SPED information, and other accomplishment I had was to create a training material to CapEx management, which improved the quality of the requests created by the end-users in all 3 Business

Working closely to the analysts, I was part of Credit Analysis team for Small Market Enterprises (Up to 50MM revenue) and developed analytical skills to determine, through balance sheet and indicators review, the customer financial health, and with that report this analysis to a decision comitee
