Transformed State Swim into a premier brand in aquatic education across Singapore, achieving nearly 1,000 students and facilitated and was involved with a new site acquisition for the 2nd location in Singapore.• Increased class hours and student participation by implementing targeted marketing campaigns and strategic community outreach initiatives, driving overall growth in enrollment. • Reduced staff turnover through comprehensive training and mentoring programs, fostering a more engaged and committed workforce of 35+ staff members. • Collaborated with Assistant Managers and State Swim’s administrative teams in Australia to streamline the scheduling of 200+ classes per week, optimizing occupancy levels and operational efficiency. • Achieved record levels of participation in the competitive program, with swimmers consistently excelling in monthly competitions and advancing to higher levels.
