Provide technical support and services for increasing learning opportunities and improving the quality of education. Regular school visit for conduct informal assessment of volunteers and students and discuss results with school management committee (SMC) and program manager. Support logistics of annual delivery of books, learning materials and other program materials to school. Provide technical support to the schools and communities in organizing literacy day observation, parent meeting, SMC meeting, parents and teachers association (PTA) meeting and other community activities. Facilitate to progress assessment of lesson weekly basis. Closely work with school authorities, communities in creating literacy environment. Regularly consult with Program Manager to provide feedback on program design and for support in addressing technical challenges. Conduct ongoing planning, documentation, and reporting of school visits and observations as required by program. Collaborate with Head Teachers and community to develop a sustainability plan for continued implementation of literacy program practices and acquiring resources after program support ends.
