⏩ AMOA & MOE – Implementation of a Management Reporting in the EPM Pigment toolApril 2022 - March 2023- Collaborate with the client to understand their needs and define the specifications.- Support the implementation of the EPM Pigment tool and develop the structure of the management reporting in Pigment, ensuring the relevance of the selected indicators and their alignment with the client's strategic objectives.- Design and develop accurate and reliable reports for the "Monthly Review," intended for various regions, the group, and the COMEX, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the collected data (covering a scope of 3 billion euros).- Train and support users of the new reporting tool to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the new closing and reporting environment.- Ensure the deployment of the EPM Pigment tool in all regions (15 regions), providing in-depth training to users and ensuring their autonomy for each month-end closing.- Work closely with IT teams and project managers to ensure the smooth progress of the project, adherence to deadlines, and quality of deliverables.⏩ Tool Selection Support - Organization of a Hackathon (Workday, Oracle, Pigment)February 2022 - March 2022- Organize and plan a collaborative hackathon involving both the client and vendors to allow real-time exchanges during development.- Collaborate closely with the client to understand their needs for management reporting and FP&A.- Establish an evaluation sheet to support the client in their final tool selection.- Evaluate the features and user-friendliness of management and reporting tools (Workday, Oracle, and Pigment).- Conduct a comparative analysis of test results to assist the client in making an informed decision and selecting the tool that best meets their needs.
