• Works very closely with BOD, develops tactical merchandising, promotion plans, prepares related budgets and forecasts• Building and implementing business plans (including product strategy, marketing strategy, seeding... on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada...)• Sales planning, promotions, traffic attraction, interaction on the website, app, social commercial platforms... Responsible for traffic metrics, conversion rates, engagement rates, and marketing budgets. • Build and optimize workflow. Documenting instructions on products and services, building content and images on digital platforms• Track and monitor performance for all digital content projects. Provide direct feedback/analytics with the goals to improve response/revenue• Lead and develop the analysis of key promotions to improve performance against financial goals.

- Responsible for the activities and results of the E-commerce department, including: + Building, developing, and executing the business plan for each category (pricing, promotion, content ideas, images, sales forecast, inventory control, and regulation…) + Research and suggest selling new products, or improve existing products. Also, work with suppliers to undertake product development and supply chain construction. + Contribute constructive ideas advise the BOD on issues of building and setting a business goal.- Building, training the business team including recruitment plan, content, training program, human resource planning ...- Set up forecasting processes and models related to e-commerce business activities, including processes related to business team activities, sales forecasting models, existence management model warehouse…- Work with other relevant departments to ensure the efficient operation of the sales team.

- Responsible for the activities of the Digital Marketing team + Activities are related to image design, building content for product listing including packaging, pictures, advertising banners, video clips for social networking platforms ... + Analyze results, formulate and execute plans for SEO, SEM campaign, fan page management activities, and building brand development platforms.- Building and training marketing team including recruitment plan, content, training program, human resource planning ... of Marketing team ...- Work with relevant departments and the Board of Directors to ensure the effective operation of the Digital Marketing team.
