- Coordinate all travel arrangements for staff by submitting TARs (travel arrangement request) to government personnel to approve and proceed to reserve rental vehicles, purchase airfares, and provide packet to.
- Manage and coordinate conflict-free calendar management, schedule executive meetings, prepare weekly timesheet reports.
- Collaborate with departments to obtain materials for weekly DME02 meeting agendas and ILMS schedule.
- Review, pull ER reports, and submit expense reports promptly.
- Assist with interview logistics by contacting prospective employees to schedule interviews with management.
- Attend weekly outstanding expenses meetings via TEAMS with corporate to review purchase card statements and any outstanding expense reports for compliance.
