• Support & Assist Maintenance operation by preparing aircraft maintenance check package.• Detailed study of aircraft check package to highlight and inform the maintenance personnel regarding any major tasks and modifications, to predict the consumable items required on upcoming checks, any Special Tolls required & Man Hour calculation.• Help and assist in Man power management.• Review of implementation of all regulatory requirements as per CAA Pak and EASA requirements.• Handling, monitoring and timely demand of Aircraft Parts and monitoring of repeated AOG items and information dissemination to Material management for their availability for future checks.• Coordination with different sections of Engineering to ensure availability of special tools, timely accomplishment of repairs and availability of parts from different shops for timely roll out of aircraft from check.• Predict the work flow for a given check and make associated Flow charts on MS Project to provide maintenance personnel with a Maintenance work flow plan. • Schedule & ensure accomplishment of all Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives, ensure availability of mod kits and special tools required for modification prior to the check.• Liaison with third party personnel to help & assist them accordingly and calculate the total scheduled and unscheduled Man-Hours & Material management issues.• Preparation of a comprehensive End-Visit-Report of each aircraft after accomplishment of its check including all major cards, major ARO’s, Modifications, Man-Hour Summary, Major items changed, List of AOG items and Post Flight snag analysis.
