The Senior Project Manager facilitates, manages, and stewards the success of nonprofit grantees and foundation partners through the Network for Good Jumpstart Program. The Jumpstart Program provides grant makers with effective fundraising capacity-building support for their grantees to create transformational change in the communities they serve.I work with our Impact Team on the Jumpstart Program. Organization uniting individuals under the common interest of dance, creating a large student volunteering body to make a larger impact on the world.• Organized and lead a team of 40+ student leaders annually. The Program Manager works with the Foundation Partner team to develop a healthy pipeline of engaged nonprofits interested in joining the Jumpstart Program, in addition to playing a material role in enabling the success of those nonprofits during the program.Jumpstart Program is a movement of grantmakers to provide nonprofits with the integrated tools, plan, coaching, and technology required to build the fundraising capacity to diversify revenue and sustain the programs they fund.
