Having more than 09 years of experience in HR and Organizational Culture Development, currently working with Educo in Bangladesh to achieve its vision. I work as an influencer of cultural transformation with a view to making Educo a joyful place of working. Promoting a work culture to make Educo 'an employer of choice'. In my career, I have worked both in INGO and business organization. Currently, working as 'Manager – People and Culture' at Educo Bangladesh. The job entails strategically overseeing all the functions of Employee Life Cycle Management. Responsibilities include maintaining HR procedures, fostering a supportive work environment aligned with Educo's vision. Additionally, the role involves coordinating HR functions, bridging management-employee relations, overseeing compensation and benefits, offering HR guidance to managers, and positioning the organization as a preferred employer. As the Country HR Lead, the role involves effective communication with headquarters and other country offices, as well as liaising with external HR counterparts and service providers.Also playing the role as 'Country Focal for PSEAH and Security'. I have completed BBA in Management and MBA in HRM from the University of Dhaka.
